This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Mavenlink. All opinions are 100% mine.

Having quite a bit of business experience on a personal level, I know exactly what it means to master efficiency and time management. We have an amazing amount of technology right at our fingertips to make our lives more manageable, and bring our levels of success to a whole new level. Although I have changed my business style, and stick to a simple method of choosing affiliates to take care of most of the business details for me, not everyone will have my own level of experience to handle all the little details and truly succeed.

I can see the tremendous value of utilizing a company whose main focus is exclusively on improving the interactions between businesses and their consultants. Mavenlink is the first company to do just this, and they have not disappointed me with their level of insight and professionalism. I am really quite impressed how they have managed to create an intuitive technological platform which embraces the consulting lifecycle, while managing all business relationships and transactions so that your projects have a greater opportunity for success.

I really get excited when I find exactly what I am searching for! We take a LOT of pictures in my family, and we seem to use a lot of gigs by the time we upload our pics and videos to save and share. And when it comes to music, well let’s just say we all seem to LIVE for the tunes that match our moods as well… LOL

My nature seems to call for efficiency and organization in most areas of my life, and my latest search was to find enough storage to gather all of my most treasured data without cramping my style. I try to avoid unnecessary limitations, yet I use good sense when it comes to knowing just how much space my creative nature will need, and the Sony USM16GL 16GB Micro Vault Click USB with Virtual Expander tops my list!

That’s 16 Gigs baby!! Even I will have a hard time jamming up the machinery with so much space to work with. And wouldn’t it be so cool to travel with my favourite music just a tiny click away? Not that we aren’t totally rich with sweet little gadgets to play with already, what with technology making leaps and bounds into whole new arena’s of fun to keep us satisfied! Still yet, I can think of a lot of uses we can get out of this with 16 gigabytes of expandable virtual memory.

Features and Techincal Specifications

~ Pre-loaded with data compression software for up to three times the storage capacity

~ Hardware Platform – Mac

~ Dimensions – 4.2 x 1.0 x 5.9

~ Weight – 0.09 pounds

Yep, I am most certainly happy to add lots of Virtual Memory for our Virtual Lifestyles! This little gadget is loaded and ready to go…

It really does make sense to see the FBI in action throughout the virtual realms of online social media. What better way to get the word out on the most wanted than through Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, just to name a few. These social medias present a powerful force when it comes to hearing about breaking news as it happens (Twitterers know all about this one), and getting the word out when danger rears it’s ugly head.

“To reach out to the public, we need to be where people are—and we know tens of millions of people spend their time in social media sites,” says John Miller, head of FBI Public Affairs. “Adding our fugitives, missing kids, threat and scam warnings, and other information into these sites is an extension of what we’ve done for decades—enlisting the help and support of concerned citizens around the globe to keep communities safer.”

Here are a few places in which we can follow the presence of the FBI in the Social Media’s…

  • Facebook, where you can follow our news, check out our photos and videos, and become a “fan” of the FBI;
  • YouTube, where you can watch our videos and connect back to our main website for job postings and other content; and
  • Twitter, where you can receive our tweets on breaking news and other useful information.

The FBI is exploring a presence on SecondLife. Jonathan Cox—along with graphic artist Scott Carmine—designed the FBI’s first virtual billboards for sites like Second Life and sees them as the wave of the future. “Unlike 10 years ago, almost everyone today has had an experience connecting online through virtual media, whether through a gaming console or popular sites like Second Life,” Cox said. “The ease at which information can be transferred, ideas can be exposed, and technology can be shared in virtual worlds will hopefully lead to the arrest of a fugitive or the location of a missing child in the near future.”

You can learn more by visiting The FBI in the Virtual Realms of Social Media to get the whole scoop and more news. Modern technology sure does add a whole new realm of possibilities when it comes to connecting with the people around the world.

I have a really good computer. My DELL does everything I want it to at this point. But the thing is, I have always wanted to build my very own computer, to my own preferred specs without it costing me an arm and a leg. I spend a lot of my free time at my favourite site to explore. Everything you want for your computer and more can be found at Newegg.com.

Just in case you haven’t heard of them (yeah right!), well I am only too happy to enlighten you. I used to be totally non-computer wise, and I didn’t even know what a motherboard was. Now I know better, and I can actually put a totally cool machine together without too much help… LOL. I can pick out my own case, and load it up with enough power to satisfy my very selective nature. Like adding enough memory and video to give me the advantage in the magical lands of gaming, for instance. And making sure my RAM is up to my high standards, and not screwing up by forgetting to provide a power supply to keep me going strong.

Hmmm… the tricky part is making sure all my parts are compatable, but I am patient, and I am nothing if not thorough. I do ask questions if I get the tiniest bit confused, but I am a quick study, so I can usually find my way to learning anything I might not already know.

After I have picked through the site at Newegg.com (and their totally AWESOME selection) I know I have the makings of the best computer, for a whole lot less than having someone else build it for me. I can even be smart about it, and forward my selections to my family, and remind them how great a Mom I have been and give them a great big hint about Mother’s Day coming up, or my Birthday at the end of this most promising of Summers!

Seriously though, I love to fix and build things, so this is a great place for me to delve into a HUGE selection to suit my needs. I can even build some sweet machines for my family when I am feeling the urge to gift someone with some awesome technology. What a great reminder of the Lady who loves to give to those she loves…. ;)
